Our Vision
Mary Ann Johnson Housing Co-operative believes that:
1/ people should control their own housing needs so no-one is left behind, and
2/ people should live freely according to anarchist principles, and
3/ people should resist fascism wherever it appears, and
4/ people should live in harmony with the environment.
Mission Statement
For ourselves/our members we will:
Raise money, buy and maintain properties to house ourselves/our members
Ensure that we have ongoing security and sustainability in our housing
Work together inclusively, non-hierarchically, equitably and according to cooperative principles
For the wider society we will:
Use our knowledge and resources to support others to take control of their housing
Share ideas (about cooperative principles/anarchism/social change) and provide an alternative social/political model to others
